Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Brand Hub website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Brand Hub (operated by Brand Hub Digital Solutions (Pvt) Ltd) provides digital services including brand strategy, growth marketing, digital solutions, AI & automation, SaaS products, and professional learning programs. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary access (including to third-party platforms) required to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by client inaction may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of Brand Hub.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, clients receive full ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for them under a project engagement — including source code, design files, and written content.
Brand Hub retains ownership of all pre-existing frameworks, tools, methodologies, and proprietary systems used in the delivery of services. These are licensed to the client for use within the agreed deliverables only.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are as agreed in the relevant Statement of Work or proposal. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Brand Hub reserves the right to pause delivery on overdue accounts. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the services. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly known, independently developed, or disclosed with prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Hub's total liability to a client for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Brand Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for fees covering work completed up to the date of termination. Brand Hub may terminate immediately in cases of material breach or non-payment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
